What Are the Spring Trends in Girls Clothing?
The girls clothing trends for spring 2011 involve soft colours and lots of girly elements. Imagine clothing with pastel pinks, blues, greens and yellows. Due to the surge of the 80′s effect, you can expect neons and metallics to be all over the fashion scene as well.
Thanks to the likes of Suri Cruise and other children that have been donning major designer labels, the trend for 2011 is expected to be practical luxury. This look aims to keep little girls comfortable and well dressed. The idea is to steer away from styles that are inappropriate for toddlers and little girls in order to keep kids young. Look for classic designs with the major labels.
Be prepared to see lots of eco-friendly labels this year. This trend has made its way down from adult clothing to children clothing. Look for natural fabrics such as bamboo, organic cotton and other similar fabrics.
Mixed and matched clothing is expected to be huge during the coming warmer months. When pulling off this look, be certain that the fabrics coordinate but are not perfectly matched.
