Baby Cribs

For us baby cribs are just little beds for children but for baby it is different. For baby his crib is one of the main early childhood elements. It`s very important that the baby crib do not endanger our babies. Baby crib must emit the safety feeling, so baby feels absolutely safe and he can pass his nights peacefully.
Ordinary wooden cribs, built in classical style -legs are stationary, only one mattress height levels and not removable or pull down walls – can cause some discomfort and even dangers for babies. Crib extra options make it more comfortable as a baby, as well as his parents.
Main baby crib extras: chance to regulate the height of the mattress; chance to open or pull down the side bars; silicon cover plate on the edges of the crib; Baby cribs with wheels; Baby cribs with cradle.
First and the most important baby crib extra is the chance to regulate the height of the mattress – two or three levels. The highest level is for newborns. Mum is no need to bend too low to check the baby, or to remove him from his bed. The minimum height from mattress to the upper edge of the bed is 50 centimeters. If the baby is already trying to sit down it’s time to lower the mattress on the “floor” below, but as soon as he starts to stand on his feet’s lower the mattress to the very bottom of the crib.
Also very helpful extra is chance to open or pull down the side bars. This extra is very convenient to take care of baby. Baby’s safety is the most important criteria, so always choose side bars which can be opened with mechanisms, which are placed in both sides of beds, so baby would not be able to open by him own.
The vertical racks must be placed in the range of not more than 6-7 centimeters, so baby is protected from falling out of the bed and his arms, legs and head are protected from sticking in between the racks.
A silicon cover plate on the edges of the crib is significant extra when baby has his first teeth’s. This will protect your baby from chewing wood, varnish and getting splinters. Also this will help protect the visual look of the crib.
Baby crib with wheel would relieve the cribs moving around the room. Wheels which are made from rubber, would allow moving the bed while baby is still sleeping. Very worthwhile extra is easily removable wheels, without using any tools.
Baby crib with cradle. During the first months of baby’s life it will easily the lulling a baby. Beds with cradle will let the baby calm down more quickly and easily fell asleep.
Box for bedclothes. This extra will relieve parent’s life, because with it all baby stuff would be near the bed. Box with cover would protect bedclothes and other things from dusts.
Remember! Child safety is the most important! Chose only cribs with polished and smooth surface, which do not contain any sharp corners, out warded components. A good baby crib is not only for one year.
